false advertising. I have been going to WW COUSINS for years. Recently there was a coupon which stated one hamburger or any other entree-buy one get one free. We ordered two ribeye steak sandwiches and the clerk said only $5.00 would be deducted from our bill. Odd since a ribeye steak sandwich is more than $5.00. She was not very pleasant about the matter either. If you are going to run ads for coupons you better be more specific.…
Good food but Rude management. Good food. Enjoy the Kids Eat Free on Monday and Tuesdays after 4. Most of the people who work there are rude. One of the Managers is a so rude. I had a problem with something THEY messed up on and he was very rude about it. My rating is based on food and the kids eat free deal. I would give it 1 star for the politeness of the workers.…
Terrible attitude!!. We used to go to this restaurant pretty often. Recently we took some out of town relatives and had a terrible experience. The service was terrible, and the prices were way inflated. Everything was ala cart. It cost us fifty bucks for 2 adults and six children. When we complained to the manager he blew us off and was rude. We will not be back, and what a shame we used to like this place a lot!!!…
horrible service!. thats funny because me and my husband had the exact same problem when we visited ww cousins....If i had to describe the place i would say HORRIBLE..BIG ATTUITDE...RUDE...we placed our order for 2 people, and the cashier told us it would be 29.00..ridiculous. I politely asked her how is 2 meals $29.00...she rolled her eyes, gets frustrated with me and my husband. I asked for the manager and even the manager was rude. The cashier slams her arm on the counter and throws her head against the computer as if she was really frustrated. I couldnt believe that she was acting like that, and it was her first day on the job too. Even the manager said give her a break its her first day. If you are going to have an employee that acts like that on her first day, and the manager says its ok! You are not going to have any buisness with that attitude. I will never go back there it was rude service and not worth paying money for that type of service!!!!…
Low class!. The food there isn't even decent. they give you the meat and the buns. You have to add the dressings yourself from a dressing bar. Very low class and the service is terrible! The cashier was very rude. She messed up an order and even showed her the reciept but she insisted that we were wrong. Instead of correcting the mix up she got loud and very rude with us and we will never return there.…
