When I got to Advanced Dental Center and the people there explained what type of treatment I will receive, I was excited and happy at the prospect of smiling again.I was treated with respect and courtesy at all times. happy patient. Let me start out by saying that I HAVE A FEAR OF DENTIST. So when I scheduled my appointment for a tooth ache with advanced dental It wasnt easy. When I arrived for my appointment I was in a bad mood, and scared not a good combination. Despite my bad attitude the receptionist was very kind and understanding and assured me that I was in good care. Following this I was taken back to be seen by the doctor. The nurse lady took me to a room and asked me a few questions, at this point I was trembling with fear, the doctor came in just a few minutes later, and started my check up. He then determined that the tooth that had been causing me pain, did not need to be pulled but could be saved. This in itself reassured me and brightened my mood a little. I had a billion questions about the procedure that was needed and the doctor was extremely helpful and patient with me. When leaving the office the check out girl worked with my schedule to find a time that was good for me for my next appointment, and once again reassured me that I was in good hands. I left the place in a much better mood than the one I had when I first got there. I recommend Advanced dental to anyone. It was easy and everyone was kind to me.…
