Helpful, Professional, Great Results

Loving Laser staff is very helpful and accommodating to each individuals needs. I enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the clinic and feel safe knowing that my treatments are being done by Registered Nurses. I have only had 2 treatments on my underarms but already have great results, only shaving once a week! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Questionable

Trying to get an appointment that works with your schedule at this place is insane. Thought about trying to get a refund, but from what I've read on here and certain websites that deal with better businesses, it is highly unlikely.

Treatments Don't Work - Shady Business Practices

When I first met with Teresa, Loving Laser's owner, in her Nashville office, I was told I would have full hair removal in 10 treatments (1 year). Four years later I have had minimal results and in some areas have even more hair then when I began.

After numerous attempts to reach Teresa that lasted months, I finally got her on the phone. She assured me I could get my full money back if I was dissatisfied. She could not find the time to meet me for two months now and dismisses it by saying she is an "absentee owner".

Like some of the reviews here, I have now also filed a complaint with the main consumer protection agency. The next step is small claims court. Not only did I find there were false advertising of services, the lack of customer service or concern bordered on outrageous. Truly, I feel like I have given this company money for nothing.

There are many hair removal services in the Nashville or Louisville areas. I would highly recommend choicing one other than Loving Laser.
