Thanks for the treatments. having been going for about 6 months now (3 treatments) and everything seems to be working great. Staff seems to be friendly and know what they are doing. I never have to wait when i arrive and i am out the door in 20 minutes. I chose the facility because they have a lifetime guarantee and that was important to me. I have a couple of friends and my sister go to Louisville Laser and they seem to be happy as well. I definitely suggest this place and their staff.
I suggest trying this, no hair is great. I am 36 years old and never having to shave again is great. Facility took great care of me and seemed to really have a great grasp on the business. Had hair removal about 5 years ago but was not effective at all. The new technology seems to really be different than the past and after only two treatments i am seeing better results than 10 in the past at other place.
Place seems to be very busy and all of my friends suggested it was the place to go. Takes about 4 to 5 weeks to get in for first appointment but once I got in i see why people wait to get in. The Nurse who treated me knew allot about skin care and seemed to take her time and really educate me on the whole process. I am a Nurse myself so this was very important.
She said they had been in Louisville for over 10 years and she had worked for them for over 5. It is a big facility and there must have been about 10 people in the waiting room and they were moving them through very efficiently, I actually was taken back about 5 minutes early for my appointment. Overall great experience so i thought it was right to leave a comment about my experience.

I had a reaction to their skin tightening treatment and it left marks on my face. Two months later, they are still there. Their helpfulness and responsiveness to this issue was extremely poor. The technician who sold me the treatment gave me a cell phone number to call if I have any trouble but once I had this reaction, she refused my calls and texted back saying that she was busy and just suggested to use cool compress (which was not helpful).
It is worth mentioning that this technician was very solicitous in sold me this package, offering me $200 discount on a $1000 package for six treatments without asking. She said they only allowed her to do this because she had been there for a long time. After I had the reaction, I tried to cancel the package, they charged me the full price of a $299 for the treatment I already had. They claimed this was the owner's policy and the technician should not have offered the package to begin with. They also tried to blame the reaction on any products I may have used or a trip to Florida a week later (even though I stayed indoors and out of the sun). In the end, they simply pointed me to the fine print in the contract you sign and I had to pay the full $299 to cancel.
Please note that you cannot reach a human being if you call. They work on a call back basis and after I had trouble, the office took days to answer my calls and sometimes did not call back at all.
What is concerting is that the establishment allows technicians to make side deals and businesses under their umbrella but then does not back them up when issues arise. I was given a $99 credit after much hassle and when I tried to use it, they did not allow me to use it for the product I wanted stating that the product displayed and sold by them was a separate arrangement with yet another technician.
All of this seems very shady so please be very careful!

Absolutely LOVE Louisville Laser.
I can't not say enough good things about this place. I'm currently on my second treatment for one area and I haven't had to shave it since my first treatment. That's a great feeling. Just yesterday I started on two other areas and in January I will start on two more areas.
The people here are friendly and very professional. I was very embarrassed about the hair I have but they were very understanding and considerate.
The best part is, whichever technician you start with is the technician you see every time you come in. I may be bias because this is the only technician I've had but I believe Darcy is the best. Be sure to ask for her.

Great Experience. I have had several types of treatments there, and have had nothing but exceptional service and results. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I have recommended them to several friends and family members.
Was Bad for busy people/short service/broken tv.
Great at first,. Went downhill. Very rude if you need to change schedules often (and you are charged for that. so the rudeness is on top of that - but I kept coming because I had shelled out $$$$), started noticing broken tv, chipped furniture/counters, pushing more expensive packages on you...and after everything is complete? Hair does eventually grow back!!!. Esp if you are dark skinned. Expensive lesson learned.-
Ok, I see where I can edit - this was a while ago. when I was browsing and saw all the 5 stars...I just had to add my two cents. I see where it is under new management. It looks like for the better. My experience was still one star. But it looks like new management has cleaned things up.
Thank you for letting people know that we are under new ownership. I believe this experience was from before 1-1-09 because of the comments on chipped furniture and broken TV's. Our facility is new and has been fully renovated.
Excited!. Gteat staff, very friendly. Results have been great and I have only had 2 treatments. Cant wait to see the finished product.
