Exquisite Gem of a Restaurant

Yaching's is the kind of restaurant I would go to in Seattle or San Francisco. Beautiful elegant decor and amazing out-of-this-world Asian fusion food. It's a far cry from the run-of-the-mill Asian restaurants, big chains, and steakhouses that populate this city. You have to visit and experience the sophisticated ambiance for yourself. I've sampled most of the items on the menu and have not been disappointed once. The chef/owner is also very friendly and engaging.
