BEWARE This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a floral shop. They misrepresented what was ordered then were dishonest when contacted directly by FTD regarding our complaint. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer and never been so disappointed in dealing with a florist. The arrangement was not only different than what we order but unattractive altoghther. Spent over $100 got what looked like a $20 - 30 arrangement that a grocery store could have done a better job putting together. Arrangement was intended to be displayed in our lobby as derby guests arrived. I would never use this florist or recommend anyone do so - awful experience!!!!!!

Will never do business there again.. My husband is currently serving in Afghanistan and tried to order me flowers from the flower shoppe of new albany...not only was the arrangement awful (everything was just thrown together in a vase with a bunch of fern leaves shoved in the bottom) I didn't get the teddy bear either. When I called to tell them this, they said they'd call me back. What I got was a very rude and patronizing message telling me I got what I ordered. No, I didn't order anything. My husband who is serving to protect them did and couldn't get what he wanted. I've never been treated so rudely by a business and I will NEVER have anything to do with them again.

Absolutely splendid experiences!. I have been going to the Flower Shoppe for many years, it is always a treat to see how they have the store redecorated in such elegant fashion! My daughter had her wedding flowers done there and they were a mere fraction of the price of many others we checked and the owner, Pam, is just a sweetheart and worked with us on a tight budget and allowed us to make payments. When my husband passed away, I just couldnt believe my eyes when I saw those flowers atop his casket! So FRESH! and they lasted for over a week!

And they are even open on Sundays!!
