Dont buy here

6 months ago i bought my trailer and on the 15th of this month it burned to the ground thankfully we all got out. after talking with the fire dept i found out that dixi the bit@h of a property manager did not file a single permit for any of the work that was done on my trailer. wich was a refurbish included electrical. she has tryed to fine me on several occasions i had a car fire april 1st and she got on to me about haveing the car removed imediatly or i will be fined. Aslo hired her and her people to repair storm damaged and again they did not file building permits and took 4 months to do a job that should have taken 3 days. I never had my back porch put in that was promised when i bought the trailer THANK GOD OUR NEIGHBOR GAVE US A OLD SET OF STAIRS OR WE WOULD HAVE NOT GOTTON OUT. she piles fees on top of fees and holds everyone to rules that dont exist except herself and her family Do your self a favor and stay far away from indian oaks while dixi is in office. you are putting yourself and you family at risk through a tremendous amount of shotty work and neglagence

How Dixie is seen From a 13 Year old.

Dixie is the worst Park manager ever!

Once When I was at the park and Dixies Grandson Was throwing rocks and Calling My friends little brother names, So his big sister (my friend) stood up for him. When her and her young brother told their mother she went to talk to Dixie. Dixie then threatened to Evict her. The mother and her children Lived here for two months, one month up to tht moment and one month after. My mother worked with Their mother so I knew she was a very nice women and so were her children!

So That just goes to show Dixie Shouldnt be running this place!

you guys are so right i lived there about two years ago and she was so out of it we moved you can,t talk too her she just go,s nut,s i think she has mental problem she should be fired for the stuff she pulls on eveybody who live there i feel sorry for all you that live there and can,t move dixi go see a shrink and get your head looked at you crazy a$$ and see why your like that!!!!!!!
