RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER!. Purchased an F150 truck. The customer service of the salesman was lacking professionalism, but we completed the transaction. First night driving the truck home, it died turning into my driveway. First week, problems of running rough grew and worsened. Confused why the check engine light was not on....took truck to the Ford Dealer to assess the problem. They discovered, the check engine light had been removed and this truck had 11CODES! I suspect the previous owner would not know how to remove a check engine light...what do you think? I have paid $1500 to fix the truck, paid cash for the truck and now 3 weeks later still waiting on my title. Just called Autosmart again to check on the title. Spoke with the Finance Manager, rude and not at all helpful, nor did he seemed surprised when I mentioned the check engine light missing! I would sincerely not recommend this car lot to anyone.
Shame on these people!. They were super nice when I purchased the car but after I purchased my vehicle, they no longer cared. There were some things that were supposed to be wrong with my car and they promised to fix them for free. Come to find out what they said was wrong with the car was not. They even changed my tire rod because the said it needed a new one but nothing was wrong with the tire rod. When my car continued to have problems, they took it to a tire place who told Auto Smart that there a bent piece of metal that caused my car to make the strange noise when I turned corners. After Auto Smart supposedly fixed other minor things, my car started immediately making other strange noises. They also tried to tell me that they never told me the repairs were free and that I had to pay for them. Thank God I had the paper they tried telling me they initially didn't need to fill out stating my repairs were free. When they initially gave me all the paperwork they wrote none for repairs they owed me and when I told them that repairs were supposed to be on the list, they told me not to worry about it and that they would still repair my car free. Thank God I made them list the repairs! Robert the car mechanic has been promising me for over a year now for a manual for my car and I still don't have it. Oh, and when my car tag came in, the salesman told me to put the tag on myself. He said he wasn't the person who sold me the car and my sales guy wasn't there. I will never recommend this place!
TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. WE PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM AUTOSMART IN SEPT. TOLD THEM DIDN'T THINK IT WAS RUNNING RIGHT THE DAY WE TEST DROVE IT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE. 8 DAYS LATER TRUCK WOULDN'T MOVE OUT OF ITS TRACKS. WE HAD TO PAY TOW TO GET TRUCK TO AUTOSMART AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS TRANSMISSION WAS SUPPOSEDLY REBUILT (WE DON'T BELIEVE IT WAS) AN $2200 ADDED TO OUR ACCOUNT. WHEN WE PICKED TRUCK UP STILL WASN'T RUNNING RIGHT COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE IT CAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY POWER. TOOK BACK TO AUTOSMART THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR REPAIRS AND ADD TO BILL AGAIN. HAD TRUCK FIXED NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR REPAIRS AND WON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES. RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE THE OTHER WAY.

Just want to say i made a few mistakes in my young days and messed up my credit. Many Car lots turn me down before I Autosmart gave me a chance and set me up nice with a Chevy Cobalt. The car runs nice and I am yet to find an issue with it.

I was sold an overpriced piece of s#@t!. I went to this car lot by recommendation of a friend, who was happy with his service and vehicle. I purchased a vehicle there because they seemed extremely nice and helpful with everything. The car had some brake issues when I bought it, but was given a document that stated it would be fixed for no charge. Here I am sitting on the side of the expressway in my dead car with who knows what is wrong with it, and it has been less than a week since I bought it. Called to talk about having it towed to auto smart and having it fixed, and was told that I couldn't get an appointment until two weeks from now because they are booked up. What the hell kind of service is that? I am now in debt to them, no way of getting to work to pay said debt, and no chance of getting it fixed soon. Why sell me a car that breaks down less than 100 miles after purchase, if they can't at least prioritize their appointments. I guess they need to focus on getting other broken down cars to run so they can turn around and sell them to other unsuspecting customers. I will not recommend them to even my enemies.
bad bussiness ethics. negative one star!! they are selling lemons and dont care!! as is??...they buy junk cars and could care less if they work a few hours later!! they have no car fax and WON'T let you see one. the people that own and run this place are slime. They bs you around and never fix the problems. I set up there for hours before anyone could even talk to me, then nothing was done. This is how Im treated, a paying customer??? This has to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there isnt enough cuss words to describe my emotion!! My husband ask them how they sleep at nite and he was told to get the f*%#$ of the lot.
