Great experience. Recently, I have been searching for a fair priced beautiful wedding dress. I thought I was going to end up paying high dollar for a so-so dress until I went to Terry's. Any style you may like, Terry's has it. I love the selection of clearance dresses, they are not tore up or trashy looking, they just haven't sold so they were marked down. Even the non-clearance dresses were very reasonable. The staff was awesome, not pushy or rude. She assisted me with everything and she was very pleasant. I recommend this place to every bride!

Terrible, pushy service.... I came to Terry's looking for a prom dress, but left with a headache. The staff was very pushy and rude. After looking at their selection, I found maybe one or two dresses to try on, but had no luck with them. But, the sales staff would not be satisfied until I tried on several dresses that they decided I "should" like, even though they were materials and styles that I had specifically said I did not want. After saying that I did not like a certain material because of the way it tends to fit on me, one of the sales staff said I needed to "get over it." They were also very rude when I mentioned that my school had a dress code policy that did not allow excessively low cut backs, high slits, cut outs, etc., saying that the school needed to "wake up." Not only this, but the store was very unorganized and crowded. I had a terrible experience, and even if I "had" found a dress that I had liked, I would NOT have bought it there, but instead gone somewhere else or simply ordered directly from the company.
