Great Food Lousy Service!. If you don't mind waiting over an hour for your food then you will like this place...Our group of five made reservations and we did get a table at the desired time, but the service was horrible! The waiter didn't 't even come to take our drink order for fifteen minutes. Then another 10 minutes for the bread with no butter because the waiter accidentally dropped it on the floor and we didn't get any butter until after the bread was gone! I asked to speak with the manager and the hostess was very rude. Manager finally got around to coming to our table and after I politely explained everything, HE got rude as well! I would be very hesitant to go back again.
RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. First...the parking sucks! Had a carry out order and walked into the place and was greeted by 2 very rude people. I had to ask for my order and then I didn't even get a "thank you." The food has went down hill too. I won't be back!! I will go to Cincinnati if I want Spaghetti Factory!! The restaurant in Louisville needs to give their employees some classes on being friendly......CLOWNS!!!!!
Great Everything.
My boyfriend was hesitant about this place because he doesn't especially like spaghetti, and when we arrived, the wait was 30-45 minutes. We were about to walk out when the hostess said that if we went upstairs and found a table we could seat immediately. Well, we found a table right off. First suggestion, if you don't want to wait, go upstairs. The atmosphere is just as nice and you get to eat right away.
Our waiter, Cory, was fabulous. Very friendly and courteous. The food was AWESOME!! I had the Jumbo Crab Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce. The pasta was fresh and the filling was fabulous. The Alfredo was creamy and cheesy and perfect. The price was right and my boyfriend really liked the spaghetti and his spinach ravioli. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone.
Food is terrible. Great location and cute lamps, but the bottom line is the food is terrible. I've been several times and tried different menu items each time and have not been impressed once with the food. I would never go to OSF by choice.
One of Louisville's Bargains. There must be reviewers on here with personal axes to grind who trash this establishment. The food is good, the atmosphere is pretty and fun, the prices are cheap. The only problem is that they don't take reservations and the wait for a table will make you rush to get to the strat of the play up the street. Louisville has some great bargain places among the many overpriced places, and the OSF is a gem.
STAY AWAY.
Would never reccommend this place.
Management is a joke and it shows internally.
Tried to make reservations for a birthday dinenr for 18 people this past Saturday for the following Friday. Called at 2:00, 3:00 & 6:00 and was told each time that the manager would call me right back. Finally after recalling at 7:00 "Pat" the so called managed picked up the phone after 15 minutes on hold. You could tell he was put out. Said he didn't have time for me he was in the middle of dinner..
Ditto's you can thank this clown for the 18 person reservation you now have for Friday.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!
Previous posters are insane!.
I have yet to experience anything negative about this restaurant, aside fromthem not having a lunch service throughout the week.
Going there started off as an annual birthday event for my oldest daughter, who loves the atmosphere, but has since became a family favorite for every occasion. We drive over an hour just for the event!
The food is awesome, as is the service. I especially love that it is affordable and they have a kid-friendly menu! I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I can't see how any of the previous negative posts could possibly be valid. We LOVE the Spaghetti Factory!
2 hours of horrible service.
Our party of 5 arrived at 4:30 and it took almost an hour to get our food. I had the spinach and cheese ravioli which was not fully cooked because the edges were still hard from being frozen. Definately NOT fresh pasta.
I don't know if it was the waitress or the kitchen, but the service was horrible and the food was medicore at best. I'll never go there again, Fazoli's is better.
Below average food, service and someone stole my glasses. After a birthday dinner in a cramped trolley booth, I left my eye glasses on the back of the table. The next day, no glasses. I truly believe a busser or other staff member stole them once they saw they were designer glasses. I had heard it was not such a great place and I will never return or recommend to anyone. Apparently a staff of young managers also didn't help matters.
Chef Boyardee is better. Server placed his finger in my glass, brought the wrong drink order, forgot the meatballs, never checked back with us except to bring food, and the sauce was bland. I have had better spaghetti from a can. We have visited many other locations of this chain and never been disappointed. This restaurant was an embarrassment to the name.
