THE WENDY'S ON BARDSTOWN IS ALWAYS FAST EFFICIENT AND TASTY, ESPECIALLY AT LUNCH TIME.

The food is always good at Wendy's, but, the service leaves alot to be desired, dirty tables, and long wait for service. I have learned, if I am using the drive thru, that I must inspect the food, to see that all I ordered is in it. The new Wendy's here in Okalona, is the one I have in mind. On more than one occasion, I've ordered the baked patato, only to find the condiments missing, when I spoke to the manager, he told me, I should have requested the items. the employees's seem more interested in their conversations, rather than serving the customer. I am thankful that I had this opportunity to speak my mind. The Beatnic
