Named after the daughter of amiable founder Dave Thomas, this Ohio-based chain is more inviting than your typical fast-food joint, thanks to comforting touches like carpeted floors, Tiffany-style lamps and plenty of foliage. The signature square burgers are made-to-order; chicken sandwiches are available grilled or fried. Thick fries, meaty chili and stuffed baked potatoes round out a menu that includes a cool, ultra-thick chocolate Frosty.

THE DOUBLER. THE WENDY'S ON BARDSTOWN IS ALWAYS FAST EFFICIENT AND TASTY, ESPECIALLY AT LUNCH TIME.

Improve your Drive Thru guys. The food is always good at Wendy's, but, the service leaves alot to be desired, dirty tables, and long wait for service. I have learned, if I am using the drive thru, that I must inspect the food, to see that all I ordered is in it. The new Wendy's here in Okalona, is the one I have in mind. On more than one occasion, I've ordered the baked patato, only to find the condiments missing, when I spoke to the manager, he told me, I should have requested the items. the employees's seem more interested in their conversations, rather than serving the customer. I am thankful that I had this opportunity to speak my mind. The Beatnic
