Food OK, low prices, service average. We eat at Gavi's from time to time as it is only 2 blocks from our downtown office. Their food has always been OK and never disappointed, but is not something to brag about. Their prices are (at the time of this review) very, very low, you can get a whole breakfast meal for about $4 or less. Their service has always been average, not bad, but not anything to brag about either. We recommend Gavi's as a good place to stop for morning coffee or a quick breakfast if you are downtown as most restaurants downtown do not offer breakfast menus and do not even open until after 10 AM. One important thing we recently discovered is that Gavi's is a Wi-Fi Hotspot. If you need to connect to the Internet while in the center of downtown, Gavi's is the place to go. It appears to us that most of Gavi's business is actually delivering carry out, especially breakfast carry out, to downtown office buildings. They have a person who appears to do nothing but deliver carry out to various downtown office buildings.…
