The Scene
The Connection is one of Louisville's best dance clubs for a couple of reasons. The first is its enormous dancefloor, augmented by a killer light show and booming sound system. Technically a gay club, Connection's weekend crowd is a blend of genders and sexual preferences, making for a fun mix. The main room is beautifully decorated and enormous, with plenty of nooks and crannies to hide in.
The Stage
Connection DJs (including resident DJ Tom) take pride in keeping their music current, eschewing the cheesy staples of Top 40, but remaining focused on their priority: moving the crowd. Non-dancers can retire to Connection's handsomely appointed theater, which plays host to male strippers and female impersonators every weekend.
While You're There
A patio retreat with an ivory tickler soothes ringing ears, and a video bar plays music from years past along with more contemporary hits.

This place has really got it going on....the MC for the drag shows will keep you in tears from laughing so-o hard.The bathroom's could use some remodeling,and the cover is W-A-Y 2 H-I-G-H!!!. They need to take all the money from the cover charge and purchase some addional parking,because you are going to walk a distance then pay the the 18.00 to get in.....and hope not to get mug going from or to your car. All in all the best a great place with great people.
Pros: It's a hopping place
Cons: High cover charge/out-dated restrooms/little to no parking 4 such a large business!!!

This is hands down the best dance club in town... I have been coming there for ages, and will continue to come for alot more... Highly reocommened!
