Experience the Louisville Science Center

I remember when my parents took my siblings and me to science and Imax theater. I still go for the exhibits and my church organization visits when we have a summer program for the children in the community.
- Pros: many interesting things to look at and do.
- Cons: none
Not really for the under ten crowd!

I visited this past weekend with an almost 3 and almost 7 year old. Although my kids loved the KidZone area - an area with scheduled entrance times and a visit lasting only 45 minutes - the rest of the museum was over their heads. Some of the exhibits that would have been age appropriate didn't work. Overall it was just OK and I wish we had done the zoo instead but it is January! We'll visit Cincinnati's this weekend and report back.
- Pros: KidZone area, climbing wall, easy parking
- Cons: reading required

Two friends and I went to this museum about a month ago and I must say, even though i am 15, i had a lot of fun for about 2 hours, and then after we saw about half of the museum it got very boring and kinda childish. i would give it ** out *****
- Pros: lots of displays, hands-on
- Cons: Bad location
