The Scene
A Louisville institution that's been serving the city's West End with a variety of blues, R&B, soul and sass for decades. Upscale dress is encouraged, so T-shirt-and-jeans
wearing patrons will be turned away at the door. Joe's was formerly known by the slang term "class joint," but that doesn't mean you won't have fun. A mid-sized menu filled with American standards makes it possible to stay the entire night.
The Stage
Live music has always been an important component to Joe's, and you can hear some of the city's finest singers here. Local acts perform straight-ahead and improvisational jazz, Delta blues, and Southern soul.
