Molly's is nice, but.....
when a band comes in, it's just too loud and it's impossible to have any sort of conversation. My friends and I find that when a band comes in, we move out to the yard, or on to another bar.

Partly built with materials from Ireland, this Highlands pub has an authentic feel..
The Scene
At Molly Malone's, it's Irish ye'll be finding in the details. From the beautiful architecture to the Irish waitstaff, several touches will make you question whether you are indeed in Louisville. The bar's clientele, mainly 30- to 50-year olds, come for the traditional Irish food, live music and laid-back atmosphere.
The Drinks
The impressive offering of hard liquor is upstaged by Molly Malone's excellent draft beer selection. Guinness, Bass, Harp, Beamish and Boddington's rub taps with Sierra Nevada, Blue Moon and Foster's.
While You're There
If you're here any night other than Tuesday or Wednesday, you can eat, drink and make merry. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are special, however, as this is when the Bar Trivia League meets. Consider yourself warned: An experienced group of regulars take this game quite seriously. Hungry? There's a full menu of Irish food.
