Ex[tremely slow service. I visited the drive thru last Thursday evening, ordered two fish sandwiches and onion rings and one water and one french fries. Should it have taken 30 minutes to get my order.???? There appeared to be at least 4 workers; white male taking order; white male sweeping the floor where the food was packaged ?; black male very casually wrapping the order. There must have been one very slow cook. It was around 7:30 p.m. I ordered rye bread with the bread separate which I did not get. There appeared to be no one waiting inside, one car in front of me, and one behind The manager must have not been present. This is considered a "fast food" restaurant and I have visited many of you other locations here in Louisville and it never takes this long whether it is to eat in or take out. I did have slow service at this particular restaurant last year. The fish was very good; onion rings were very crumbly.
