unprofessional, uncaring, inexperienced. My husband and I tried taking out a mortgage through this location to buy a home we had picked out in St. Matthews. Missy Blanford lost all of our information after submitting it for the mortgage and we had to come back in. When we came back in she claimed she had no idea who we were. After resubmitting the paperwork, we waited for a reply. She would not call us back and was never "available" in her office. We stopped in telling her we were afraid of losing the house and again she said she had no idea who we were. This cont. on and we nearly lost the house but fortuntaly found a different bank who gave us the mortgage. Blanford never did contact us and no apology has been given,…
