Not helpful at ALL! Unsafe Car. Had a family member purchase a nice E320 in 1997. At least we thought it was nice. Has had nothing but problems with this car. This week, luckly they were not traveling very fast, the front suspension spring shot out of the car causing the car to collapse. The frame that the spring rest on rusted completely off. For such an expensive car both front spring mounts are rusted and car is in shop for a $1700.00 repair. Corporate Mercedes and Taffel would not help out in any way with the repairs. This is a vehicle that was taken well care of and was never left out in the weather. I thought Mercedes were supposed to be such a great car. This has changed my mind forever. Unsafe vehicle. Be warned if you have a Mercedes, better have this checked out before you are in a crash.…
