Air Head Waitress.
I went there for my birthday and my brother ordered a beer. The waitress carded him and questioned his age (She obviously could not do simple math) then kept the id for several long moments to make sure it was him. It made it very uncomfortable being we were with my parents and obviously nobody was trying to pull a fast one on her. Then she made weird comments about being very tired and not getting a break, which again seemed like something you would not talk to your customers about. The food was pretty pricey as well. The workers did not captivate my family or me as welcoming at all.
My wife is confined to a wheelchair, and after traversing the 3 tiered ramp to get in, we could not be served as the facility had no tables we could access in a wheelchair. How 19th century.
