Best Derby Hat Designer in Louisville!. Like Sandra said below, the Dee's designers are very friendly and helpful and make derby hats that turn heads every year on the first Saturday in May. I tell all my friends - go here for your hat (and for your home decorating supplies, yard, scrapbooking, Life is Good, and fabric) - you won't be disappointed.
