Trash is not picked up and still have to pay for the service. Cans are left sitting in the middle of the street. Consistently have to pick up trash out of the street and yard every week even though cans are placed correctly and bags are tied up. Calling office is a waste of time. I would not recommend this service to anyone - it is way overpriced and the service is unacceptable.

THE WORST EVER

As you can see mine is not the only negative comment on this company. They have terrible customer service and truly lazy staff - or flat stupid policies. Regardless it equals poor value for the mone. We had a different service before we moved and they were AWESOME - I'm pretty sure it was RUMPKE. I'm looking to switch because they've been aweful a number of times - so not an isolated experience and I'm done with them. Seems like they would get the picture, but no....
