Great Small Place -- Feels like the '50s never left. Wow. I found this place on a whim, noticed it one day as I was showing an old friend was the Old St. Joe's used to be. We pulled in for iced tea. Had a light supper, and man what a wonderful plate of food. Looked and tasted like Momma made it. Went back a second time, really late in the evening, asked before we sat down if it was too late, the waitress said, of course not. This was great. Had another satisfying meal. My husband recommends the port chops, me the fried chicken, but I've heard their deserts are to die for. Looking forward to my next visit. Definitely worth your while.

Best kept Secret in Louisville. This is my nhood resturant. Great prices and everyting on the menue is great. Dont miss the club sandwich or chicken. If you like old fasiond chicken livers oh man. Super pies too. Its a small place so get there early you will be pleased.

Great homestyle food. Don't miss the fried chicken or the pound cake. Incredibly low prices. When out waitress found out we were really thirsty after being at the fair she brought a pitcher of ice water and left it at our table. The atmosphere was cozy and old fashioned.
