Electrician Busy Writing His Own Reviews

We had hired Miles Riggs Electric to wire two new homes. His invoices were littered with errors and work that was not completed nor approved. He was very confrontational, agressive with us and threatened to place liens on the home, sue us, etc. It is amazing for a man that truly wants wonderful reviews about him though acts in such an unprofessional manner. You can go on his website and his Customer Lobby Review Portal is maintained by Miles Riggs. (I did a bit of research about him after his threatening texts and emails.) He pay a monthly fee to monitor his review board plus post his own reviews. One of his reviews prompted me to go to the Oldham County Permit office to discover that a permit wasn't even taken out! This guy is bad news, dishonest. As he might have good customers and he solicits their reviews, his inabiity to provide professional service should be questioned especially if the job does not go his way. There are way to many good electrical contractors out in the market to take the chance.

Kim Flanders is part owner of Cole Christopher Builders and they have hack my computer or made up a account on here for me to make it look like I gave my owen reviews I hope all this drama will end soon. And I dont controll any reviews from any customers I have a letter from Customer Lobby from the president to prove that plus I am a member of others sites where I cant control any of those reviews either.
