Worst customer service ever!!!!!!. I urge any bride or person for that matter who even considers using the Flower Studio to reconsider!!! Not only did it take me months and several unreturned phone calls to get a copy of a contract, it wasn't what we discussed. I tried to call to let him know, but he doesn't return calls. We stopped by to see him, but we were told he was to busy. Being out of town, we said we could wait or come back, but as we were leaving one of the owners thought it would be nice to scream and wave his finger in my face about how difficult I was, (I called too much.) Excuse me. How else was I to get hold of him and it's not my fault he can't return phone calls in a timely manner. Take it from me He almost RUINED MY WEDDING!
