DO NOT GO HERE!. I will never take another piece of clothing here again. I brought a dress in for cleaning which I bought myself for my birthday 2 weeks prior, and THEY SHRUNK IT! I had worn it on the Sunday before I dropped it off (and it was slightly baggy), then picked it up on Wednesday and it was too small. When I called the Grinstead Rd. location and spoke with Emily, the manager, she told me to bring it back in and they could re-process it and it may expand back to its normal shape, and if that didn't work, they would pay for the cost of the dress. I picked it up yesterday, and when I tried it on it was still shrunken. I called today to inform Emily of this, and she said that her district manager, Debbie, looked at it and that Debbie said there were no signs of shrinkage, so there was nothing she could do. Of course, I knew there was no way that I gained so much weight in 3 days that this dress which was once baggy would not even close, so I called Debbie. She informed me that they had not even tried to stretch it, because since the seams were not puckered then it had not actually shrunk. I explained to her that the fact that it did not fit after being cleaned by them, but that it fit 3 days before, clearly indicated that it had shrunk. She told be to give it back to Emily tonight and they would try to stretch it (hopefully they will actually attempt it this time, rather than lie to me about it when I pick it up). If that doesn't work, they will send it off to some national headquarters to inspect it or something, and Debbie has no idea how long that will take. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not only did they imply I was lying by saying it doesn't fit anymore, but they NEVER even offered to credit me for the original $13 drycleaning charge! And apparently the "we will pay for the product if we ruin it," promise was a flat our lie. I'm dropping it off AGAIN tonight, and hopefully they will actually do what they say rather than lie to me again and tell me they are going to try and stretch it when they really aren't. If they do not remedy the situation, the Attorney General's office and the BBB will certainly be informed.
