My husband wanted a simple haircut in a hurry so he stopped in at Encore which very convenient to where he works. When he got home I was surprised to find out that he had paid $28. They did shampoo his hair which he enjoyed. I thought his hair looked just as well as it does when he pays $15 though. Overall it was a fine haircut, but a bit pricey for what he described as an average looking salon.

I needed something (anything!) done with my hair, and I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I hate going to a salon and being unhappy when I leave, but I really needed some help. I put myself in Sally's very capable hands, and left Encore looking fabulous! I came home and walked our dog around the block - one of my neighbors saw me and raved about how beautiful my hair looked. At $45 (no tipping allowed), it's more than I usually pay, but you can stop in for free touch-ups anytime, so it makes the price a lot more reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer!
Pros: Very capable friendly staff
Cons: More than I usually pay, but well worth it
