Great Apartment Community. I've lived in several different apartment communities over the years. Camden Brookside is run by a very helpful and nice staff. Whenever I've had an issue with maintenance, they send someone out that same day or the next. The staff is always prompt in helping you with whatever you need.

The apartment buildings are about 10 yrs old, I believe, and the one I moved into was in excellent condition. I was always warned several days in advance if there was going to be staff workers entering the apartment.

I would recommend checking out this community if you're new to the Louisville area or, if you want to live outside of the downtown Louisville area. It's located across from some of the best shopping in the area and some the best restaurants as well. You also won't be paying a price hike for being located in St. Matthews!
