Customer Service / Xtra touch not at all..
Paid for absolutely beautiful Prom Dress, the dress was paid for over a month in advance however we had to wait for it to arrive ONE DAY before PROM !!!!!!
NO apology . I also spent an hour half Ironing the polyester overlay which I am guessing may have taken them a whole two minutes to steam out the wrinkles.
Yes they have a beautiful selection, but if you are expecting that personal touch/ xtra effort type of customer service you will have to ask, it is not an automatic here.

Great customer service, Very freindly, would diffently recommend and have to all my freinds/family!!. I've bought all my Derby outfits there, and have two daughters that I have bought their prom dresses there, and had such a great experience that even my hard to please daughter left feeling great about herself. We have recommended your store to everyone. Thanks!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was there on vacation and found this shop-would not recommend this store to anyone. Very rude salesperson and the items were overpriced!
