Call or go somewhere else.
The restaurant, pizzas,& delivery are not worth the time or money. Delivery is ALWAYS at least an hour. Can't figure out why Bearno's let's this dump sully it's name. A definite Skip it or you'll be as sorry for not heeding the reviews as you are for trying. Wish there was a REAL Bearno's close by.

Delivery doesn't deliver..
I ordered a pizza and salad to be delivered to my hotel room, as it was the only restaurant whose menu was in the hotel info book. They said it could take an hour for delivery. I thought they meant an hour, tops. It took an hour and ten minutes, and they didn't include a fork for the salad. I was in my pajamas, and just cranky enough to call and tell them about the missing fork. They apologized and said they'd be out of plastic ware until the truck came on Monday. It was Thursday night. Seemed a little silly (and rude) to not drive 3 minutes to the Walmart and buy some. The pizza was pretty good (though not appreciably better than any of the chains), and the salad was alright once I got something to eat it with.

inconsistent.
The first couple of pizzas we ordered at Bearno's were fantastic . . . the perfect combination of flavorful toppings and sauce. Unfortunately, their pizza is terribly inconsistent, particularly if it's delivered. We have had cardboard-like lukewarm pizzas brought to our door. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant . . . it's very 80s pizza-parlor like with video games, a tv playing sports, and older pictures hanging on the walls. Nothing fancy. Their pizza can be boring and bland on one visit, and excellent on others. Their spaghetti is a joke. It was pure tomato paste plopped on noodles. Definitely get the pizza, but keep your fingers crossed.

Bearno's Pizza - Westport.
The service and staff were very efficient. The problem was the pizza and restaurant environment. The pizza was low quality and had poor grade of sausage "pellets". A quality pizza should have "chunks of fresh sausage". Those small pellets don't even taste like sausage!!! The decor and building looked like something from the 1940's & 1950's. A "good pizza place" should look like it has modern decor as well as "quality" food. We will not return to a place that serves something called "pizza with pellets for sausage" in a run-down environment. The staff was courteous and did their job well. The business called "Bearno's" needs to improve its image and product.
