Wonderful customer service!. I live in almost two hours from Louisville and had come to look for a prom dress, but after spending an entire day of shopping and receiving awful service in stores all over town, I was almost ready to throw in the towel and go home when I decided to try just one more place. Sher's was the last shop on the set of listings I had made before leaving home. But I was all the way across town when I decided to give it a try, so I called the store for their hours before making the drive. It was about 5:45 when I called and they closed at 6, but when I explained to the lady on the phone that I was from out of town, she said that she would be more than happy to keep the shop open for me to look around. After making it there, she was very friendly and asked me my likes, dislikes, etc. concerning the dress. Based on this she selected several that she felt I would like, and sure enough, I found "the one," The only catch was, the dress was not in the color I wanted. But, to solve this problem, she offered to call the company and have the dress shipped to her, in the right color the following day, and then she would proceed to ship it to me so I wouldn't have to make the drive back just to pick it up. She even called me at home the next day to let me know the order had gone smoothly. I had a wonderful experience here and would reccomend it to anyone!
