Super Good Foods for family. I learned of Mark's Feed Store about two years ago, after moving to this part of Louisville. I loved the food so much, that I started taking an elderly neighbor lady with me each time I had the craving. Soon, it was a for sure stop whenever the grandkids were in town. Now, if I am just a wee bit tired at the end of a work day, it's where I go. I don't like junk food, and at Mark's you can get an entire meal - balanced - for less than a trip to McDonalds. Thanks Mark's!!

good eating shop. I think the atmosphere and good food make Mark's a good place to eat.

COUNTRY CRAP. A friend recently took us to eat here , and I can't say I'd reccomend it . The ambiance is too hokey to dwell on , sort of like low budget Cracker Barrel . The food was acceptable , but nothing to rave about . My catfish dinner had a coating best described as unusual . The service was quite good , although the hokey decor was somewhat distracting .

five star pig. with kid's eat free nights and free desert nights, how can you go wrong with this truly wonderful restaurant! i have never found better barbeque, nor a more appropriate atmosphere!

BBQ at it's BEST. I live in the Lousiville area and was driving down Shelbyville road when I came upon this little Barbeque Pit called Mark's Feed Store. It was a nice place, with that classic southern feeling to it. The service was kind and excellent at all times. Hell, even the bus-boy was kind to everyone. The food is outstanding and the service is great. It has variety with the salads, ribs, chicken, etc. They can accomadate any age and taste to suit the customer's needs. I'm now a regular visiter and will continue to be for years to come.
