Save your hair! Go elsewhere!. I have gone to this salon for three years and had my hair cut by the same lady. There was often a problem here and there where she did not listen to what I requested but the cut was usually manageable for the price. I continued going to this salon because it was right behind my house and easy to get in. I will not be going back again!

My last cut resulted in my layers on one side of my hair being FIVE inches shorter than those on the other side and SHORTER THAN MY EYEBROW LENGTH BANGS. After the cut, when the hairdresser showed me my hair, I pointed this out and then agreed to go home and play with it and see if I could "hide" the large bump on one side of my head if after I did I could come back if I was unsuccessful and was told sure. So i went home and did just that. The next day I went back to get it "fixed" BIG mistake. I now look like a weedwacker got a hold of me (not joking, it really does sadly). I of coarse asked for a refund and it was granted. You know your hair is bad when the owner cringes at the site of your hair. Today I called to make an appointment to get the ends trimmed to aid in helping the bottom layer not look so razored and thin and to help it grow out. The hairdresser got on the phone and said that after a refund is given the customer was no longer welcome there. I was stunned!!! Save your hair and go else where!!!!!
