don't bother returning a clean car

I rented a Jeep from Budget, took it to Danielle Boone Nat Forest for a week of camping.
It was dirty when I got home and so I washed the exterior, vacuumed the interior, returned it clean to Budget and a few weeks later got a bill for 130 bucks and a note saying the vehicle had to be cleaned.
I won't rent from them again.
