Owner on site. My most recent visit to z's was my worst ever. Normaly it is wonderfull. I love my stylist and the color expert I saw was great, they both realy listen to what I want. However no one told me that the OWNER of z's was going to be on site that day. The tension in the place was horrid, the entire staff was stressed. This women was too hands on. I felt like I was in a beauty school having my hair done. I truly believe in constructive criticism, but there is a time and a place for it. Not while the client is in the chair unless the stylist is really screwing something up. The way this women degraded her employees in front of the clients was very rude, had I been a new client I would not be going back. I also had the pleasure of the owner rinsing the color out of my hair as she did not feel the colorist was working fast enough. I'm so glad I am not tender headed. My scalp was sore for a few days afterword, and then she didn''t get all the color out my stylist had to rinse me again. I truly hope that I will get a notice if she is in the salon for my next appointment so that I can change it. I truly love my stylist and I will return because of her and the rest of the staff.
