Neil Huffman's service dept is "disservice department". I bought a new 2010 Mazda CX7 in January 2010. At that time I paid a lot of money to have a remote start installed and they assured me that the remote start system would be under warranty. They kept putting me off about the actual installation, telling me that they were out of stock. Finally in June 2010 the system was installed (not exactly when I needed it). The system only works if the ambient temp is above 30 degrees and if you are less than 50 feet from the vehicle (it is supposed to be 300ft).

Not only have they refused to fix it, the service dept manager strongly and rudely told me to take my car somewhere else. Altogether I wasted at least 20 hours of my time and ended up with a lot of aggravation and my expensive remote start system still only works part of the time.



Neil Huffman has had multiple opportunities to fix things and it has been obvious that my frustration is a significant source of amusement for their service department whose only talent has been to tell me my vehicle is fixed so I will go away and then have to drive back and wait some more.

I am not a masochist. When I realize a business is not going to fulfill their obligations and that all I am going to get is frustration and humiliation, I do not go back for more, I just take my business somewhere else.

If you want to buy a car with the expectation that they honor warranty issues in a competent manner, you need to go somewhere else. No one says anything good about this business unless they are paid actors for good reason. Because no one is ever happy with the disservice they receive at this dealership AFTER the sale. During all my hours of waiting for them to not actually fix anything I never saw happy customers.

If a rating of less than zero were possible, that is what they deserve
