After going to a number of diamond jewelers in Louisville, KY I was absolutely delighted to find Julie at Genesis Diamonds. The service, professionalism and advice received were first-class, and luckily this was only surpassed by my excellent Verragio engagement ring! I am so relieved now to know I do not need to go anywhere else the next time I am looking to buy. 100% recommended!

I wandered into the store randomly since my boyfriend and I have been talking about getting engaged and I wanted to check out the selection. The salespeople (Jim & Kristin) were extremely polite and when I told them I was just browsing, they didn't seem to mind. They answered all my questions anyway and showed me a number of rings on display that fit my budget and my taste. Thanks a lot Genesis Diamonds.

Visit 2nd time and very pleased!!. This was my second visit to Genesis Diamonds. I'd previously bought a ring from them and I recently went to find a pair of earrings for an anniversary present for my wife. I have always been extremely impressed with Jim's assistance and advice. We are very happy with both purchases and the speeds at which the ring and the earrings were made and delivered. Both items took less than a week. Thank you all once again and we will be back for the matching necklace.

Very Friendly and Professional !!. Genesis Diamonds is really the best out there. No playing games, no gimmicks or tricks & most important no pressure at all. I can assure everyone who is looking to get a great engagement ring with a certified diamond for a great price to try out Genesis Diamonds and see for yourself. The staff at Genesis Diamonds is very friendly, professional and not pushy like their competitors. I do suggest making an appointment to be best served.

Awesome Selection!. What a great selection of diamond engagement rings at Genesis Diamonds in Louisville! Because of the selection, I had a hard time making a decision but eventually decided and was very happy with result.

Highly recommend !!. I bought an engagement ring from Genesis Diamonds recently and had a fantastic experience. There was a larger selection of designers and styles to choose from compared to the other jewelers that I visited in Louisville. I highly recommend Genesis Diamonds in terms of value for money, quality and service.

Best Customer Service in Louisville. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this company is. Not only do they offer beautiful jewelry at great prices, but they follow through with awesome customer service. I was married on 9/24/2011. Some where in the mix of things my wedding band was lost before the ceremony. My husband sent his daughters to Genesis to see about buying another band. They gave the girls a replacement loaner band. When I returned the band on Monday after the wedding, I explained the situation and told them we wanted to try and look for the lost band before buying a replacement. They told me to keep the loaner band for a few weeks until we firmly decided what we were going to do. I returned from my honeymoon and I went in to the store on Shelbyville Rd. last night. I explained that we were indeed going to have to buy a second band. The price of the replacement band was significantly higher than when we first purchased it. They were so sympathetic to my situation that they even discounted the ring to reflect a lower price than I paid for the initial band. This company is worth its weight in gold!! (excuse the pun). Beautiful merchandise, excellent prices, hometown customer service!! They really came through for us. I can't imagine shopping for jewelry anywhere else.

Very pleased. Having had several very bad experiences shopping for an engagement ring, my fiance and I decided to try Genesis. We knew nothing other than what we had heard on the radio. Within minutes of walking in the door we were convinced this was the place we wanted to buy. Their selection was extensive and the people were wonderful. They worked very hard from start to finish to make sure we had a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a quality jeweler with excellent customer service in Louisville, I encourage you to try Genesis.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PEOPLE. I had heard a lot of good things about Genesis Diamonds. My fiance and I decided to give them a try. Not only do they offer by far the finest selection and the best prices, the people and the atmosphere were so much more than I could have expected. We showed up in jeans and cowboy boots and every person there, not just our wonderful sales lady treated us like royalty. It was more like making friends than conducting a "business transaction". I highly recommend Genesis to anyone that wants a great product, great price and great atmosphere. In my book, Genesis is a class act and model example of what customer service should be.
