For security reasons we will not mention the last names of these great men!

James, Zachary and his supervisor are the men which were focused on resolving our family’s issues today.

James is a man that came in and conquered and incredible task. Zachary is a man that is dedicated and patient. We were honored to observe such great dedication from these men. Zachary went the extra mile to consult with his supervisor that later accompanied him to make sure that the issues we were having were resolved.

We commend Shepherd Communications for choosing such great loyal and dedicated men to join their team!
